Penumbra 

 It begins

   as cobwebbed eye

     Designer men

     without instruction

Welcome to the capital.

These are your membranes.

This is your plasma.

Tiny spaces inside the fruit

    where you will live

   long tedious orbits

     with insects smothering

   before thought is.
